Customized and personalized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund at the discretion of Ashish Creations.
